Chef Nicholas Stennett cooks with soul and passion. This Jamaica native creates Boldly flavored, deeply satisfying dishes for his clientele. Nicholas has always been fascinated with food decided after High School to become a Chef. He pursued the Culinary Arts program at the HEART Academy, in Petersfield Jamaica. His professional career began as an Apprentice Chef in the A La Carte Restaurant at Beaches Negril and the Royal Decameron Resort- Runaway Bay, St. Ann two of Jamaica most prestigious ALL -Inclusive resorts. Nicholas immigrated  to Canada in 2013 and launched Tricnic Catering a family owned private catering business operating in Brampton Ontario. Chef Nicholas has won four medals and four trophies since he been in Canada. JERK FESTIVAL, GRACE CARIBBEAN COOK OFF, CELEBRITY MEN WHO COOK, CHEFS OF THE KINGDOM AND JERK WARS. Tricnic caters to the menu selection of its clientele, as well as Chef Nicholas, interpretation of varying cuisines. He prepares all meals from farm grown produce and creates his very own signature sauces, dressings, soup and flavors. He is willing to do whatever it takes to provide clients with authentic, exceptional experience, his inspiration comes from new culinary developments and the love of his family.
